Walking is one of the BEST things you can do for your overall health. It’s low impact, safe (with a doctor’s okay), and free! Many diseases, conditions, and ailments can be prevented or even healed by participating in regular physical activity.

Walking regularly is a great way to get the recommended 150 minutes of physical activity per week.

Starting in January we are excited to bring “Movement Morning” to the church. Every Tuesday and Thursday morning (when the church office is open) the church will be opened from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. for those who would want to walk the hallways of SOTP.
